My name is Idan Topaz and my goal is to share the highly valuable knowledge, tools and practices that helped me deal with depression, anxiety and other negative emotions, so that you will be able to experience the peace, harmony and happiness that can be found within you.

The fact that I am a Psychologist and a former Buddhist Monk for 10 years, helped me to overcome the emotional pain, hopelessness and stress, from which I suffered for many years. I have built a Path that is easy to learn, applicable to busy life and is bringing significant results. I understand that every person's path to healing and happiness is as unique as their fingerprint, and my commitment is to tailor a treatment plan that aligns with your personality and life challenges.

How I can help you?

Because I suffered from the heavy burden of depression, anxiety and stress so much that I almost committed suicide. I have been to Hell and thanks to my practice of psychology, as well as being a Monk for 10 years, I went out stronger than I could even imagine possible. After practicing meditation intensively, I mastered the art of managing my thoughts and emotions. It was there that I found the key to harmony and satisfaction in life, in this toolkit which contains the best of Eastern Wisdom combined with Western Psychology.

In my journey to apply the art of happiness, I've spent years studying the full spectrum of psychology, from the early psychoanalytic schools to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and biofeedback to name just a few. After years of practicing meditation in different Monasteries, I Mastered the variety of mindfulness meditation schools.

Along the way, I've honed the art of transformational communication, a skill that empowers individuals to find inner harmony and cultivate more meaningful connections with others.

Psychology equipped me with valuable techniques for personal growth, while my time as a Monk taught me the wisdom of self-acceptance. Now, as a Psychologist and a Meditation Master, I am committed to helping you break free from the shackles of mental suffering and embark on a journey to inner peace, satisfaction and happiness.
