All services, materials, and sessions are intended solely for educational, personal development, and mindfulness purposes. They do not constitute psychological therapy, psychotherapy, clinical mental health counseling, or medical treatment. Idan Topaz does not diagnose or treat medical or psychiatric conditions.

3. Pricing and Secure Payment Processing

Prices for sessions and workshops are displayed clearly on the Site in USD ($) or NIS (₪).
Payments are processed securely via Tranzila, a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment gateway provider.
We do not store, process, or have access to your full credit card numbers or security codes (CVV) on our servers.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy complies with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (Distance Selling Transactions), 1981:

A. 1-on-1 and Couples Coaching Sessions:

Statutory Cancellation Rights: You may cancel a transaction within 14 days of the booking date, provided that the cancellation request is submitted at least 2 business days (non-rest days) prior to the scheduled session.
Refund Amount: Upon eligible cancellation under the statutory period, you will receive a full refund minus a legally permitted transaction cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS (whichever is lower).
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ advance notice. Rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours' notice will be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session, or failure to attend an appointment without prior notice, are non-refundable and will be billed in full.

B. Group Workshops and In-Person Programs:

Registration for workshops may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, provided the notice is delivered at least 7 business days prior to the workshop commencement date. A standard cancellation fee of 5% or 100 ILS (whichever is lower) will apply.
Cancellations submitted fewer than 7 business days before the event are non-refundable due to limited venue capacity and advance logistics.

C. How to Request a Cancellation:

5. Privacy & Data Confidentiality

We respect your personal privacy. Personal details provided during booking or inquiry (name, email, phone number) are used strictly for communication, session scheduling, and service delivery. We do not sell, rent, or distribute personal client details to third parties.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any transactions conducted through the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Central District of Israel.
